This is the WOTW or Workout of the Week section. Every Sunday I will post my favorite workout I did from the past week, or favorite exercise I performed. This will include exercise selection, sets and reps scheme performed, as well as any tips to get the most out of each exercise. I will do my best to include a variety of workouts, but in the end I will choose the one I personally enjoyed the most. Be sure to check back every Sunday for a new workout!
