Personal Training

I offer one on one and small group (max of 4 persons) training on site at my own small private gym (NXT LVL Performance) in Laurel, MD. Included in all personal training packages are: 

  • Complimentary Assessment

  • Meal/food suggestions and Guidance

  • Accountability/ Weekly Check ins

  • Workout plans for non-training days

  • Cardio routines
